Evaluation Systems

Our team is delighted to have been selected by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF), one of Canada’s leading granting foundations, to develop and maintain its Outcomes Measurement Platform. The platform:
Enables OTF to gather outcomes data so that they can understand, demonstrate and improve the impact of their investments;
Supports OTF grantees to create a logic model and evaluation plan, measure progress toward a range of outcomes, gather actionable feedback from participants, and produce useful evaluation reports.
We are currently developing Client Management Systems and other monitoring tools to support our clients in their organizational learning and evaluation efforts.

Our approach to evaluation is informed by a commitment to making a difference in people's lives. This means treating an evaluation as a chance to bring about positive change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that beneficiary voices are heard, and supporting organizations to channel learning into program improvement. From complex, multi-year evaluation projects with intergovernmental organizations, to single training events for small non-profits, our team works to ensure that our evaluations are useful, and their impact is positive.
We offer:
Organizational Evaluation: We work with governance, management and program staff to create a learning culture and strategy for conducting regular evaluations.
Evaluation Plans: We develop and implement evaluation plans for specific programs and initiatives.
Meta-evaluation: We conduct external reviews of evaluations to determine the extent to which they meet evaluation standards.
Meta-analysis: We synthesize findings from a series of evaluations.
