How to use the Nonprofit AI Workspace

This guide is for users who have submitted an interest form for the Nonprofit AI Workspace. If you have not submitted a form, please do so here.

1. Create an account 

  • Visit ai.logicaloutcomes.net.

  • Click the “Sign up” button on the welcome screen. 

  • Enter your name, email address, and a secure password. 

  • If you have done this process before and already have an account, choose “Sign in”.  

2. Choose your AI assistant 

  • After login, you will see a new chat on your home screen with one of the AI assistants, for example, the “Quick assistant”.

  • Begin chatting, or use the dropdown menu to see other AI assistants.

Current assistants include: 

  • Quick assistant

  • Expert assistant

3. Access built-in prompts 

  • In the chat window, type a forward slash / 

  • A menu will appear showing a list of helpful prompts or commands. These have been organized by theme and can help you perform important tasks (for example, “/writing -”, “/explain-”, “/design-”). 

  • Click or select a prompt to insert it into your chat — then add any details you want. 

4. Adjust user settings as needed 

  • Settings menu — click your name/profile in the top right corner. 

  • Click “Settings” to adjust your profile, notification preferences, language, or theme (light/dark mode). 

  • You can update your password here as well. 

5. User tips

  • Privacy: Do not share confidential or sensitive information in your chats.  

  • Chat history: Your previous chats are saved and can be viewed on the left. You can review or export them for your records.
